The home of the Movement Arts Branch of
the Hutchinson System of Integrated Mind Body Therapies
For over a decade we have offered training in Tai Chi Chuan, Qi Gong, Yoga, and several other movement arts.
We offer ongoing group programming, short term classes, workshops, and private training for individuals of all ages, experience, ability, and fitness levels.
We also provide customized programming to fit the needs and expand the services of fitness centers, college and trade schools, medical facilities, and wellness centers.
Our training locations have included spas, hospitals, private gyms, YMCA/YWCA facilities, assisted living communities, university campuses, and martial arts schools.
