In this Forty minute class students learn a traditional form that dates back to Imperial China. If you wish to experience the stress management, relaxation, and exercise benefits this is a great introductory course.
The Fitness Program offers the First Set of our Yang Style Medium Frame Long Form which offers the same benefits as any of the modified short forms and allows the students to move into our other classes where we offer more comprehensive training in the internal martial arts.
